Between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM
Water station prep and setup requirements:

1. Bring jugs (2), plastictable cloths, trash bags from shed at Brooksdie to Park
2. Purchase ice in morning
3. Fill jugs with ice and water
4. Setup tables provided by Park custodians
