Park and Brookside School: ALL PHOTOS HAVE ARRIVED. YOU SHOULD SEE THEM IN BACKPACK MAIL!
Who can have RETAKES done: Students who want retakes will need to bring in all of their first set of photos (minus the class photo) in order to have a retake photo.
Photo Make-ups: Any student who was absent on photo day, regardless if they paid for photos yet, are able to have their photo taken.
Refunds: This is the only time for students to get a refund for their order. If they want a refund they need to hand all of the original photos (minus the class photo) to the photographers. After this, a refund will be processed. If they get a retake taken, they will not be able to get a refund.

If you returned the Pre-Order by picture day: You should have your photos. If you want a retake you may do a retake on make/up retake day. If you choose a retake there are no refunds offered if you do not like the second photo (Class Act policy). If you do not want a retake but want a refund, this is your only time to do so.
If you did NOT do a Per-Order: You will get a "proof" sent home when they send the 5"x7" class photo home (about 4 weeks after picture day). At this point you can order online and have it shipped home for a shipping fee. OR, you can return the preorder on retake day and the photos will be sent home in backpack mail (to avoid shipping fees). Your "proof" will never appear online. It will only appear on the sample sent home in backpack mail (1"x1-1/2")
IF you returned your preorder form AFTER photo day: Your envelope will be given to the photographers on retake day and photos will be sent to the school about 3-4 weeks from retake day. If you wanted these photos faster you would have to pay a shipping fee (reach out to assistance@oec-pta.org if you want them faster with the shipping fee).
