Pre-Order Information

  • Families can pre-order photos using the online link or paper packet (see "Order Link" Above).

  • Pre-ordering saves money compared to later online orders.

  • Pre-ordered photos will be delivered to the school and sent home with students.

  • If you pre-order and don’t like the photo, you can:

    • Return the full package (except the class photo) on retake day for a free retake or a full refund.

    • If you choose a retake and still don’t like it, no refund will be offered. (Sorry - Class Act Policy)

  • Missed photo day? Don’t worry - there’s a make-up day!

Class Photos

  • Every student and teacher will receive a free 5"x7" class photo, even if no individual photos are purchased.

  • Each principal will receive a class album.

  • Only the 5"x7" size is available this year. (We’ll work with Class Act to expand options next year.)

  • You can write in Grade or Year in the "Students Name" Option if you would rather that than student name. Max 13 Characters.

Post Picture Day Orders

  • You can place an order any time after picture day, but it will cost about $10 more due to shipping fees (photos will ship directly to your home).

Retakes, Make-Ups & Refunds

Who can have retakes:

  • Students who bring back their original photo package (except the class photo).

Photo make-ups:

  • Any student who was absent on picture day may be photographed, even if they haven’t paid yet.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only processed on retake day.

  • Students must return their original photos (except the class photo) to the photographers for a refund.

  • If a student takes a retake, no refund will be available afterward.

Q: Can a class photo be retaken?
A: Only if the teacher was absent on photo day.

Q: What if a family is missing items from their order?

Additional Notes

If you returned a pre-order by picture day:

  • Your photos should already be delivered.

  • You may still choose a retake, but no refund will be issued if you don’t like the second photo (per Class Act’s policy).

  • To receive a refund instead of a retake, return your original package on retake day.

If you did not pre-order:

  • You’ll receive a proof along with the 5"x7" class photo (about four weeks after picture day).

  • You can then:

    • Order online (shipped to your home, includes shipping fee), or

    • Return the pre-order form on retake day to have photos sent home via backpack mail (no shipping fee).

  • Proofs are not available online — only as printed samples in backpack mail.

If you turned in a pre-order form after photo day:

  • Your order will be processed on retake day.

  • Photos will arrive 3–4 weeks later via backpack mail.

  • To receive them faster, contact assistance@oec-pta.org to pay the shipping fee.
